APML to organize public meeting on August 13

ISLAMABAD (NNI): All Pakistan Muslim League (APML) in collaboration with its like-minded parties is going to organize a public meeting on August 13, in Faisalabad where Chairman APML Syed Pervez Musharraf will announce important decisions and future strategy.

A political parties alliance by the name of ‘Quomi Ittehad’ will put up a power show while Chairman APML General (retd) Musharraf in this regard has directed APML Secretary General Dr Muhammad Amjad to prepare for the public meeting.

Party’s Joint Secretary Information (JSI) Shehzad Arabi Satti in a media brief told the press that APML with all like-minded political parties will hold a public meeting in Faisalabad. This public meeting will be a great show of power from APML and an expression of public trust at General (retd) Pervez Musharraf.

General Musharraf will address the public through video link and announce important decisions regarding party’s future line of action in perspective of the current political situation of the country. To make this meeting successful, responsibilities and tasks have been assigned to the party leadership and members, APML JSI said.

APML secretary general Dr Amjad in a statement issued from the central information wing said that couple of days back, during a Central Executive Committee meeting in Faisalabad, it was decided that APML with its allies will show its strength in a public meeting in Faisalabad on August 13. Party Chairman addressing to the members had said that the August 13 public meeting will bear great significance as important decisions and announcements are expected.

Party secretary general in this regard has mobilized workers to make this public meeting successful. Dr Amjad said that APML leadership and workers are very enthusiastic and they are anxiously waiting for the meeting. Workers and senior leadership putting all efforts to make this meeting successful, he added.
