Bilawal Salutes Kashmiri struggle for self-determination

KARACHI: Chairman Pakistan Peoples Party Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has saluted the struggle of the people of Kashmir for the legitimate right to self-determination on occasion of Black Day being observed from both sides of Line of Control and the world over today.

In a statement, the PPP Chairman said that Kashmiri people have proved that they won’t bow down despite suppression and atrocities by Indian forces since their 70 years of occupation.

He said that PPP has stood in complete solidarity with our Kashmiri brethren who sacrificed thousands of lives for their cause adding that Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto had raised the issue at international level through his dynamic political and diplomatic acumen.

Bilawal Bhutto Zardari pledged that his Party would continue to extend fullest political, diplomatic and moral support to the people of Kashmir.

Meanwhile, Chairman Pakistan Peoples Party Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has condemned attack on journalist Ahmed Noorani by unidentified people.

In a statement, the PPP Chairman said that his Party won’t tolerate attacks and torture on the journalists as we have always struggled for freedom of the press since the inception of PPP.

Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said that PPP never resorted to intimidation and torture despite being the victim of history’s worst and most expensive media trial.

He demanded immediate arrest of the culprits involved in attack on Ahmed Noorani.
