PESHAWAR: A Frontier Corps (FC) personnel was martyred and another one was injured in an improvised explosive device (IED) blast in the Sarokai area of South Waziristan on Monday morning.
The FC officials were on routine patrol when suddenly planted IED exploded near the Gurguray check-post in Sarokai in which one official was killed another was injured in it.
South Waziristan is one of the seven tribal agencies of FATA, where the army has been battling against terrorists linked with different terrorists’ organization.
