DUBAI: Pakistani actresses Mahira Khan and Saba Qamar were awarded top prizes at the Masala Awards which was hosted by Dubai.
Mahira Khan was awarded as the Asian Woman of Substance and Saba Qamar got the award for Best Breakthrough Performance after She appearing in Hindi Medium and impressed the audience.
Another Pakistani actress Mawra Hocane received an award for being the social media sensation.
Prominent Bollywood celebrities were present in the award show including Sri Devi, Boney Kapoor, Celina Jaitley, Sukhbir, Lulia Vantur, Boman Irani, Govinda.
Fashion designer Manish Malhotra also attended the show and shared multiple pictures on the social media platforms.
