NEW YORK: Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi has said Pakistan is ready to work with Trump administration especially to eliminate terrorism from the region and adding that Pakistan did not expect any major change in US policy towards Pakistan.
PM Abbasi said while giving Interview to CNN on Wednesday. He said Pakistan contribution in the war against terrorism much more comparing to any other country and adding that we believe that there could be different opinions on the Pakistan that how it operated in the region.
Pakistan and US sharing 70 years of relationships and in these times we seen ups and high in these years and we strongly believes that this relation is not be base on Afghanistan, PM Abbasi added.
Regarding the Trump policy, PM Abbasi added that we are looking different towards because we know the ground reality and even today thousands of our soldiers are fighting to eliminate the menace of terrorism.
Replying to a question, PM said that Terrorism is a threat to everyone but for us the real threat is India as we were force to fight three wars with it and they are promoter of terrorism in region and using against it Pakistan and we have to defend ourselves.
