Pilgrims starts gathering at Mina, Hajj rituals begins

MAKAH: More than two million pilgrims started to gather at the tent valley of Mina on Wednesday as the Hajj ritual begins.

The pilgrims will perform a ritual of seven times walk around the Kaaba, the sign of whole world Muslim to pray towards it.

After that the Pilgrims will head towards Mina five kilometers away from Kaaba where thousands of people will gather before setting off at dawn to climb Mount Arafat, the height of pilgrimage.

Saudi authorities have taken appropriate steps for decreasing the heat of the stones of the area and providing assistance to the pilgrims.
