ISLAMABAD: Maryam Nawaz, daughter of the former prime minister Nawaz Sharif has said first they announced punishment for us and then the trail started which is completely illogical.
She said this while talking to media persons inside the courtroom on Thursday, where she was appeared before the accountability court to face corruption reference against her and Sharif family.
She added that PML-N and Sharif family believes in law and such kind of baseless cases will not affect our morale as we have the courage to face the cases in any court.
Regarding the return of her father Nawaz Sharif, She said that the former prime minister is likely to come back at the end of this week or next week, and adding that her mother Kulsoom’s health is improving and she is undergoing chemotherapy.
