Qandeel murder case: Polygraph test indicates conflict in Mufti Qavi’s statements

LAHORE: The polygraph test or known as lie-detector test has indicted some difference in Mufti Abdul Qavi’s statements  which he recorded to police in during the investigation of social media sensation Qandeel Baloch’s murder case.

Mufti Qavi was transferred to Lahore from Multan October 26 and in four hour long test in Lahore he was questioned regarding his contacts with Qandeel Baloch and his brothers.

Mufti Qavi rejected claims of contacts with her and any involvement in Qandeel’s murder however the sources said that the during the lie-detector test several errors were identified regarding in his claim.

According to a report, suspicions against Qavi have augmented after the polygraph test whereas some immoral videos, found in Qavi’s mobile, have also been detected and deleted.

Qandeel Baloch was strangled to death in July-2016 by her brother Wasim for honour. And he admitted that he killed her alone and before killing gave her a tablet.
