Sharif brothers likely to meet Saudi crown prince, other officials in Riyadh today

RIYADH: Former prime minister Nawaz Sharif arrived in Saudi Arabia and he is likely to meet crown Prince Muhammad bin Salman and other officials today.

Sources told that former premier would return to Pakistan on January 2, 2018 for the next hearing in corruption reference against him and children.

Pakistan’s ambassador to Saudi Arabia, Khan welcomed the former premier at Riyadh airport. Nawaz is the third leader of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) visit to Kingdom as CM Shahbaz Sharif and Railway Minister Saad Rafique is already in the Saudi Arabia.

Nawaz and Shahbaz are expected to meet the Saudi crown prince and other senior officials of the Kingdom today. Shehbaz performed Umrah on Saturday and is expected to join his brother in Riyadh today.

Reports, based on PML-N sources, had stated earlier that the Sharif brothers are also expected to tour London after concluding their trip to the Kingdom.
