F.P. Report

SWABI: Ameer Haider Khan Hoti, provincial president of Awami National Party (ANP) on Wednesday called on the party leaders and workers to be ready for election to sink deep the ‘hollow Change’ slogan in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa forever.

Hoti was addressing a public meeting of the party at Bamkhel which has marked launching a full-fledged election campaign in the district for upcoming general election and the constituency was chosen PK-35, Swabi-V, a provincial seat from which Muhammad Islam, the party district general secretary would contest election. The gathering was attended by former provincial ministers, MPAs and workers from across the district to mark the campaign with a show of strength.

Hoti who was Chief Minister during the ANP government said that the contesting candidates had already got tickets and now need to concentrate on mass contact campaign because the time was short and every constituency the workers must reach to nook and corner to strengthen the party before other parties launch the election campaign. He called on the party leaders and workers to shun their differences and work with complete determination for the party.

“No doubt the future belongs to ANP. We would form the next government in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa,” he said. Mr Hoti said that PTI had failed on all fronts and made only hollow slogans to mislead the people and deceive them once again in the general election but the masses had tested its leadership and now knew about their tactics.
