107 connections disconnected in Punjab, KP and Islamabad

Lahore: During the ongoing crackdown against gas pilferers, SNGPL continued raids in Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Islamabad, disconnecting another 107 connections while 266 under billing cases processed ; Rs 4.59 million fine imposed.
In Lahore, the regional team disconnected 31 connections on illegal use of gas and another 12 on use of compressor and 27 under billing cases have been processed.

The team also imposed fine of Rs 2.47 million against under billing cases. In Bahawalpur the company disconnected one connection on illegal use of gas .The regional team in Multan disconnected 2 connections on illegal use of gas ,55 Under billing cases have been processed. The team imposed fine of Rs 0.06 million against gas pilferes.

In Peshawar and Karak, the company disconnected 41 connections on account of direct use of gas and illegal use of gas , 15 under billing cases have been processed and amount of Rs 1.21 million against gas theft and under billing cases .The regional team in Islamabad disconnected 1 connection on illegal use of gas. In Rawalpindi the team disconnected 2 connections on illegal use of gas. The regional team of Mardan processed 30 under billing cases and booked an amount of 0.05 million against Under billing cases.

In Sahiwal, one connection was disconnected on illegal use of gas . In Faisalabad 1 connection was disconnected 10 under billing cases have been processed and amount of Rs 0.01 million booked against Under billing cases.

The team booked an amount of Rs 0.02 million against gas theft and under billing cases in Sialkot.In Sargodha 106 under billing cases have been processed and also imposed fine of Rs 0.04 million against gas pilferers.

The team of Sheikhupura disconnected 11 connections on illegal use of gas and 23 under billing cases have been processed and amount of Rs 0.39 against Under billing and gas theft cases. In Gujranwala 2 connections were disconnected on illegal use of gas and imposed fine of Rs 0.34 million against gas theft cases. The team also lodged one FIR against gas theif. The team of Gujarat disconnected 2 connections on illegal use of gas.
