11 Daesh fighters killed in Nangarhar operation

NANGARHAR: Afghan Ministry of Defense (MoD) claimed that at least 11 Daesh fighters were killed during Afghan forces operations in eastern Nangarhar province.

MoD officials said on Monday that two other terrorists were arrested during the operation.

It added that military operation against Daesh terrorists were conducted in Shinwari, Deh Bala, Achin, Khoghyani and Surkh Rod districts of the province and adding that forces also recovered weapons, explosives.
