KABDUL As many as 16 Afghan security force members were killed in separate Taliban attacks in western Badghis province on Sunday night.
The officials confirmed that news and said that at least nine soldiers were killed in Qala-e-Naw city of the province after Taliban militants attacked a check post.
The officials added that seven other policemen were killed in another Taliban attack on a police check post in Qads district.”
