16 Taliban militants killed in Ghazni clashes

GHAZNI: As many as 16 Taliban fighters were killed in clashes with Afghan security forces in Ghazni province of Afghanistan.

 The local officials told media that 13 other Taliban insurgents were injured during the clashes.

The clashes between the Taliban and security forces were broke out in three villages of Muqur district on Monday.

Three policemen were also killed and three others were injured in the clash.

The Taliban has not yet commented.
