25 PTI members yet to resign from NA standing committees

ISLAMABAD: Differences have surfaced within the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) regarding resignations from the National Assembly standing committees, as 25 members have not yet stepped down.

According to details that emerged on Thursday, some of the PTI members have refrained from resigning, highlighting internal divisions within the party. Among those who have not submitted their resignations are Saleemur Rehman and Shafiq Arain.

Bashir Khan, Ayesha Nazir, Fayaz Hussain, Riaz Fatyana and Mehboob Sultan are also among the members who remain on the committees.

Some of the PTI members have pushed for continuing parliamentary functions, contrary to the party’s stance.
