280 displaced families received foodstuffs

SAR-E-PUL (Agencies): 280 displaced families in Faryab province have received assistance in Sar-e-Pul province of Afghanistan.

The families were displaced due to recent insecurity from Garzewan district of Faryab province to suburb of Sa-r-Purl province

The assistance took place by emergency event committee to displaced families.

Abdul Malik Azimi deputy governor of Sar-e-Pul said, in the near future, the donor foundations will also help the displaced families in that province.

The local authorities of the province also reported on their actions regarding the construction of housing for these displaced families.
