3-day Urdu stage drama festival today

PESHAWAR: A three-day Urdu stage drama festival is starting at the newly furbished Agha Khan Auditorium of the University of Peshawar (UoP) on Monday (today).

The Urdu drama titled as ‘Muhafiz wa Makeen’ would be presented to the general audience on the first day of the festival while it would be screened for females on the second day, followed by families who would see the drama on the third day of the festival.  

The basic aim and purpose of the drama is to highlight the role of dynamic societies in bringing of peace.
