KABUL: At least three people were killed in a magnetic IED blast in Char Qala in downtown Kabul on Tuesday afternoon, Kabul police said.
Police said 10 others were wounded in the explosion, which occurred in police district 10 (PD10).
The mine was placed on a Toyota Corolla-model car, the police reported.
All the victims were civilians, police said.
This comes after an explosion killed 30 people, mostly students, at an education center in the west of Kabul this weekend. (TOLOnews)
