DOHA: Three Pakistani expatriate workers died when an under-construction building collapsed in Qatar’s capital Doha, on Sunday.
The three young deceased —Jamal Mazhar, Muhammad Azim, and Zeeshan Hafeez —belonged to Dhab Khushal and Dhab Loharan villages of Chakwal city of Punjab.
According to reports, there were a number of casualties after a seven-storey building collapsed in Doha on Wednesday last, with one part of the structure hitting a three-storey building beside it.
According to local reports, “many Pakistani, Egyptian, and Filipino families” were residing in the collapsed building.
