FM Bilawal congratulates Christians on Christmas

KARACHI: Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman and Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari congratulated the Christian community on Christmas, on Sunday.

 

In a message, the PPP Chairman said Christmas is an opportunity to reflect and promote the universal message of peace, tolerance, and brotherhood.

 

 

Bilawal said may this Christmas be a source of peace and prosperity for the world.

 

He said the role of the Christian community of Pakistan for the development and upliftment of the country is a source of pride for the entire nation: Bilawal Bhutto Zardari.

 

 

PPP Chairman Bilawal said the services of the Pakistani Christian community in education, health, and commercial sectors have always been unparalleled.

 

He said in another tweet, “Pakistan is our homeland and a multi-religious, multi-cultural and multi-ethnic society.”

 

 

Bilawal added, “We all live in harmony and brotherhood in Pakistan. Our Constitution of 1973 guarantees equal rights to every citizen without discrimination of religion, race, and language.”

 

 

He also said that the PPP will continue its struggle in the light of its manifesto and the brilliant principles of its leaders and they will also continue their work actively to ensure equality, tolerance, and equal opportunities for development in the country.

 

 

He also ensured the nation that the PPP will continue its struggle to brighten the common future of all Pakistanis.
