Abbasi inaugurates LNG terminal in Karachi

KARACHI: Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi has inaugurated Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) terminal II at Port Qasim Karachi here on Sunday.

PM Abbasi on the occasion said that the LNG II was completed and established in 330 days which is a record. He also appreciated the private sector efforts for the establishing the terminal in Karachi.

Earlier the PM Abbasi visited the terminal II and III and he was briefed over the projects and he was informed that Terminal II will start supply in one year.

Shahid Khan Khaqan Abbasi was elected as Prime Minister in this month after the disqualification of Nawaz Sharif by SC in Panama case; he served as the Petroleum and Natural Resources Minister in Nawaz cabinet.

Presently PM Abbasi also keeps the newly formed energy which included the ministries of Power and petroleum.
