AD&SJ acquits alleged murderer

F.P. Report

PESHAWAR: Additional District and Session Judge (AD&SJ) Peshawar Syed Badshah acquitted alleged murderer Bacha Zada over lack of evidence.

According to prosecution, Bacha Zada had killed Sartaj in the premises of Tehkhal police over old rivalry and added that the deceased had nominated the culprit along with his friendly after being injured in the firing.

The counsel Malak Shahbaz advocate argued that the deceased statement is contradictory because he has nominated a dead person at the offense. The statements of witnesses are also self-contradictory and they weren’t present at the offense and requested for the acquittal of Bacha Zada from murder charges. AD&SJ Peshawar Syed Badshah acquitted alleged murderer from charges after conclusion of arguments.
