LAGHMAN: Afghan security forces arrested a suicide bomber who had tried to hide in women’s dress in eastern Laghman province of Afghanistan.
Security officials told local Afghan media that the suicide bomber was arrested during an operation conducted in Laghman.
Officials added that the suicide bomber was planning to carry out an attack in Mehtarlam city however the security force arrest him before the terrorist manage to execute their plan.
Laghman governor Abdul Jabar Naeemi hailed the Afghan forces for their bravery and preventing a deadly incident in this province.
