Afghan refugees, traders hold demo in favour of Pak army

LANDI KOTAL: A protest rally of local shopkeepers and Afghan refugees in favor of Pakistan army was held here at Bacha Khan Chowk ,Landi Kotal bazaar on Wednesday. The protesters while holding placard inscribed with slogan to express solidarity and unity with Pak forces and chanted slogans like Long live Pak army, Down to India etc.marched towards in front of the local press club.

Speaking on the occasion their leader Arif Khan and others said that Pak air force gave crushing bow to its Indian counterpart by striking down two airplanes of India and if again violation of Pakistan territory was attempted, it would face the same fate. The Afghan refugees vowed that they jointly with the Pak forces would compete against the Indian aggression and would never let the Indian army to cross an inch into Pak territory.

Meanwhile, residents of Khyber district exhibited their jubilation over the downing of two Indian airplanes by the Pakistan air force. They distributed sweets over the successful operation of the Pak air strikers. They also appreciated the professional capabilities of Pakistan air force and said India could understand listen of befitting replay.

It is to be mentioned here that Pak air force jet fighters on Wednesday morning shoot down two India air fighters that violated the Pakistan air space. According to the forces spokesperson one pilot was killed and three others were arrested by the forces.
