Ahsan urges media, parents to play their role in keeping youth away from terrorism

KARACHI: Interior Minister, Ahsan Iqbal has said it is very disappointing that our educated youth are becoming part of terrorist organization and stressed on the parents, media government and education institutions to play their role in eliminating this dangerous trend.

This he said while visiting the headquarters of the Pakistan Coast Guards. Iqbal added that he directed the Higher Education Commission to take appropriate steps to make sure that our students were not turn to ideologies of terrorist’s organization.

While commenting on the Ansar-ul-Shariah group, Ahsan Iqbal said that the terrorist group was involved in recent spate of terrorism and most of the members were arrested by security forces and the remaining will also be arrest soon.
