Ahsan urges political parties to resolve issues through talks

F.P. Report

LAHORE: Federal minister Ahsan Iqbal said on Saturday the country right now needed stability and the process of dialogue always stays in politics.

“In 2018, the people of Punjab gave mandate to the Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz, however our votes were stolen,” he said while talking to media in Lahore. He went to say that in politics the path of negotiations remained open and no politician could deny the importance of dialogues. Highlighting the former premier stance about elections, he said this was only the political rhetoric and it was not needed economic or political purposes.

Earlier he mentioned terrorist attacks had started again and the country cannot withstand anarchy and chaotic situation.

He added that Pakistan was facing debt trap and severe load shedding while saying his government would defeat crisis by putting the country in the right direction.  (NNI)
