Airbus says Avolon orders 100 A321neo jets

NEW YORK (AFP): Airbus said Tuesday that Irish leasing firm has ordered 100 A321neo jets, taking its total order of the that model to 190 and to 632 for all models of Airbus aircraft.

“This order strengthens our delivery pipeline and reflects our confidence in the long-term growth outlook for aviation,” Avolon CEO Andy Cronin was quoted as saying in a statement.
