PESHAWAR: The single of Peshawar High Court chaired by Justice Lal Jan Khattak has granted bail to alleged drug peddler over two personal sureties and Rs, two lac, on Monday.
The counsel for petitioner Danyal Chamkani Advocate informed PHC that petitioner was arrested at Palosai while recovery was made from another place.
Police has arrested the petitioner namely Sharif Ullah resident of Tehkal and registered case for recovering four kilograms hashish from his possession.
