Arlington (Virginia): A survey conducted by Jm Adverts showed that myeyedr. in Balston, Arlington Virginia had the best customer service in Northern Virginia.
According to the survey, which was related to different branches of myeyedr. in Northern Virginia showed that customers were the most happy and satisfied from the service they received at myeyedr. in Balston Arlington.
A customer named Muhammad said that “I bothered these guys for the same glasses several times but they did not show any irritation or frustration.”
Another customer named Leslie said that “they changed my lenses three times but I was only charged once, this is what you call customer service.”
An elderly lady named Margaret stated that “the sales reps at this branch choose the best looking frame for me, I am so happy.”
Another customer John said that his favorite thing was that he was able to see the eye doctor and buy the frames at same location. “It saved me so much time and energy” John added.
While talking to Jay Haley, the Branch Manager of myeyedr. in Balston Arlington, he stated that “our goal is to send every customer with a smile from our location.”
Jay further said that we aim to bring repeat customers and in order to do that we must provide excellent service and customer satisfaction.
