Another big fall of Rs7,800 in gold prices in Pakistani jeweller market

ISLAMABAD: The jewellery market in Pakistan witnessed another great fall of Rs7,800 per tola in gold prices on Tuesday.

According to reports, the value of gold has taken a sharp downturn in Pakistan on Tuesday as 24-karat of gold experienced a significant drop, plummeting by Rs7,800 per tola to reach a new price of Rs2,40,900 per tola.

Similarly, the price of ten grams of 24 Karat gold has declined by Rs6,687, now valued at Rs2,06,533.

The global gold market has also witnessed a decrease in the prices of the yellow metal. The international price per ounce declined by $72 to settle at $2,309 on Tuesday.

The price of silver also decreased by Rs100 per tola to Rs2,650 per tola.
