ANP submits adjournment motion of deteriorating security situation

F.P. Report

PESHAWAR: Awami National Party (ANP) on Monday submitted an adjournment motion in provincial assembly secretariat on deteriorating security situation in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa especially in Swat.

ANP parliamentary leader Sardar Hussain Babak submitted the adjournment motion and said that miscreants’ attack on school van was a matter of grave concern, adding that consecutive incidents of terrorisms were creating panic among masses.

Sardar Hussain Babak said that the silence of provincial government over the incidents of terrorism was questionable and making the police force powerless was tantamount to leaving the people on the mercy of terrorists.

Babak said the KP government has miserably failed to fulfill its constitutional, political and administrative responsibilities and provides no relief to masses. (APP)
