ANP to work against poverty if voted to power: Hoti
PESHAWAR: Awami National Party (ANP) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa President and former Chief Minister, Ameer Haider Khan Hoti Monday said his party after wining general election 2018 would concentrate on elimination of unemployment, poverty, illiteracy and will address problems of masses at their doorsteps.
Addressing a public gathering in Nowshera district, Hoti said ANP strongly believed in merit policy, transparency and if voted to power on July 25 would work tirelessly against unemployment, poverty and illiteracy in the country.
The ANP Chief said interest free loans up to one million rupees will be provided to the youth to start their own business and play role in development of the country.
He said youth was the future of Pakistan and full advantage would be taken from their skills and potential. Sports complexes, colleges and universities would be built in the province besides improvement in health and social sectors. PTI has failed to address masses of problems in Khyber Pakthunkhwa and people could not more be mislead any more on hallow slogans of change, he said, July 25 election would change destiny of people. Hoti said ANP had constructed more than eight universities during his tenure as Chief Minister and a network of quality educational institutes would be laid in the province. He urged masses to exercise their right of franchise wisely and vote in favour of ANP for its progressive and people’s welfare agenda.
