Army chief, Bahrain foreign minister discuss regional security situation

ISLAMABAD: Foreign Minister of the Kingdom of Bahrain Shaikh Khalid Bin Ahmed Bin Mohamed Al Khalifa met Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa on Tuesday, the military’s media wing Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) said.

Matters of mutual interest and the regional security situation were discussed during the meeting, ISPR added.

The foreign minister of Bahrain, who is on a two-day visit to the country, on the invitation of Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi will also call on President Arif Alvi and Prime Minster Imran Khan today.
