Askari Bank partners with Haball

KARACHI: Askari Bank has signed an agreement with Haball (Pvt) Limited to expand payment methods and ease the payment collection experience for businesses and corporate customers.
Through this collaboration with Haball, Askari Bank would be able to address the challenges that businesses face today in collecting money, ranging from payment delays and managing data for reconciliation. Haball provides an end-to-end digitized order-to-cash lifecycle for their corporate customers, focusing on the last-mile delivery for corporate clients managing a large-scale supply chain.
The agreement was signed by Mr. Khurshid Zafar, Chief Operating Officer, Askari Bank and Mr. Omer Bin Ahsan, Chief Executive Officer, Haball (Pvt) Ltd. along with Mr. Shehryar Ali Shah, Chief Digital Officer, and other senior executives from both the organizations.
Commenting on the partnership Mr. Khurshid Zafar, Chief Operating Officer, Askari Bank said “our collaboration with Haball aligns with our vision towards digitization. It will amplify our reach towards potential corporate clients while digitizing their payments infrastructure.”
Speaking about the partnership, Mr. Omer Bin Ahsan, Chief Executive Officer, Haball said “Haball’s focus is to provide a one-window payment solution for all value chain partners. Collaborating with Askari Bank further cements the fact that Pakistan is ripe for a unified, dynamic and digital B2B commerce platform that delivers across all sales channels and business models.”
