ATATURK-XI Pak-Turk joint military exercise begin

RAWALPINDI: Pakistan-Turkish joint military exercise “ATATURK-XI” 2021 has been kicked off on Tuesday.

According to the press release of ISPR, a three-week long exercise has begun it was as the opening ceremony was held at Special Service Headquarters, Tarbela.

Turkish Special Forces and  Special Services Group (SSG) troops would take participate in the three weeks joint exercise, said an ISPR press release.

While providing more details about the military exercise, the press release stated that the exercise include Counter-Terrorism, Close Quater Battle, Cor-don and Search, Rappel-ling, Fire and Move techniques, Helicopter Rappel-ling, Compound Clearance, Hostage and Rescue  and Free Fall operations.

It is being said that joint military exercise would further strengthen the bond of two brotherly nations and help adapt emerging trends in military modernization and cooperation, press release stated.
