ATC directs Imran Khan to record his statement before police all four cases

ISLAMABAD: Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) directed Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) on Friday to record his statement before police in all four cases against him. The ATC adjourned the hearing of PTV and parliament attack case till December 7.

After the hearing Imran Khan, told media that federal government termed his political protest into terrorism which is basically an attempt to silence the voice of the people and adding that in which democracy political people are being accused of terrorism.

Imran Khan added that PTI wants stronger institutions in Pakistan and criticizing the former premier Nawaz Sharif that he is attacking the apex court just to save his skin and looted money.

He recalled that when the Supreme Court issued directives against former prime minister Yousuf Raza Gillani, Nawaz had said that the court’s decision should be respected then why he is respecting the SC decision of his disqualification.
