PESHAWAR: Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Peshawar granted interim bail till 9th October to former Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) Asif Khan in 9th & 10th May vandalism and ordered submission of record, on Thursday.
The counsel Syed Sikandar Shah advocate argued that cases registered against former MPA is baseless and no evidence is available in this regard.
The counsel further argued for provision of bail because co-accused in the cases had already obtained bails in this regard. He added that Anti-corruption and session courts had granted bails in separate cases to the petitioner.
Special ATC Peshawar had extended interim bail plea till 9th October after conclusion of arguments.
