ATC records statement of two more in Mashal case

ABBOTTABAD: Anti-Terrorist Court (ATC) Wednesday recorded two statements through video link from Saudi Arabia and adjourned the hearing till December 14, 2017 in Mashal Khan murder case. The ATC recorded the voice statement of Abdullah friend of late Mashal Khan who was also injured by the angry mob said that the mob beat him on a misconception.

ATC also recorded the statement of Deputy Superintendent (DSP) Forensic Luqman Ahmed who acquired the mobile data of the accused and video copy of violent mob. The hearing of Mashal Khan murder case after recording the statements adjourned till December 14. Iqbal Khan, father of Mashal would record his statement in the next hearing which would be held in camp court Central Jail Haripur.

At the occasion KP prosecution team comprising Senior Public Prosecutor Shahab Khattak, Ayaz Khan Advocate, and Barrister Amir. Lawyers for accused Masood Azhar Advocate, Fazal Haq Abbassi, Javed Tanooli and Riaz Yousufzai were also present.
