Atif inspects tourists’ facilities at Kaghan, Naran

PESHAWAR: Senior Minister Atif Khan Friday said that around 1.7 million tourists are expected to visit Kaghan only and likewise around 2.2 million tourists would visit the scenic swat.

Provision of best possible facilities would be ensured to the tourists during a season.

He said this during his visits to Mansehra, Kaghan and Naran. Minister for Local Government Shahram Tarakai also accompanied him.

The senior minister during his visit identified several new tourists spots for up-coming season and inspected arrangements made to facilitate the influx of tourists.

He also issued special instructions to ensure smooth flow of traffic during tourists’ season and maintaining cleanliness in these areas.

He said the tourism department has established camping pods at Thandyani (Abbottabad), Naran, Kaghan and Bashigram Swat while work on the same was underway at Gabeen Jaba, Golangol, Biari, Anakar and Allai.
