KABUL (Khaama Press): Muhammed Reza Ahmadi, the CEO of Entop auto studio in Afghanistan has designed and produced the first Afghanistan made sport car for the Technical Vocational Education and Innovation Center of Afghanistan.
In a video clip published on ENTOP’s Facebook page, Muhammed Reza Ahmadi said that this prototype has taken him 5 years to work on the car model which would be completed in next 2 weeks.
Ahmadi has used a Toyota Corolla’s engine to produce this car which is supposed to be replaced later if this is to be used for a race.
Ahmadi is optimistic about displaying his product in Doha’s 2023 exhibition in Qatar.
Mawlavi Ghulam Haidar Shahamat, the head of Afghanistan’s Technical Vocational Education and Innovation Center said that as the pictures of the car went viral online, no one could believe this could be a product of Afghanistan.
This car has been designed and produced by Engineer Muhammed Reza Ahmadi and the production work will be fully completed in next 12 days, Mr. Shahamat said in a video post.
According to Mr. Shahamat a recent tweet, Qatari authorities have been informed to support this innovation in making way to the 2023 Qatar exhibition.
This comes as that Afghanistan does not have an active auto industry as the country has been constantly into war and political instability.
