Bail plea of ex-MNA confirmed

PESHAWAR: District and Session Judge (D&SJ) Peshawar Ishfaq Taj confirmed interim bail plea of former Member National Assembly (MNA) Gul Dad Khan in recruitment against the law in Department of Education, on Friday.

D&SJ Peshawar Ishfaq Taj ordered Anti-Corruption for submission of record in the case.

According to prosecution, Anti-Corruption had registered case against former MNA Bajaur Gul Dad Khan for recruitment of class-IV employees in Department of Education which had caused losses to finance’s department.

The counsel Muhammad Adil advocate argued that for confirmation of bail plea as former MNA is contesting the allegation before court of law.

D&SJ Peshawar Ishfaq Taj granted bail to former MNA Gul Dad Khan till 31st October and ordered Anti-corruption to submit record in this regard after arguments.
