BUNER: The PTI central Chairman Barrister Gohar Ali Khan on Friday filed his nomination papers for the slot of NA 10 Buner. He visited the office if returning officer in Daggar with his family members and party workers.
He was accorded warm welcome at entry point at Ambela and brought to the RO office in a procession of motorcades. Talking to media and addressing party workers he expressed unhappiness over the ongoing what he called discriminatory attitude from the government and election commission.
He pointed out that PTI was being deprived of its due political and democratic rights as the party chief was in prison the intra party elections were not accepted the party symbol was denied the candidates were prisoned the party candidates were not provided level playing field even they are diapered and nomination papers and documents snatched. He shared there were 175 political parties in the country but only PTI was subjected to push the wall.
He also shared date of 227 reserved seats out of them 70 in national assembly and rest in the provinces but due to no single election symbol of bat the candidates would be considered independent and the PTI would lose the right of reserved seats besides a chance for the independent to move towards other parties that would further tarnish the PTI in future.
He was crystal clear to comment this discriminatory attitude towards PTI was created panic among party leadership and workers but they were time and again directed to cool down as this land of Pakistan and the state of Pakistan sacred for them more. He repeated the PTI was moving to high courts and supreme court for speaking equal political treatment so as enter into political process and serve the state and nation in future.
