Benazir murder case: ATC questions disappearance of leaders from Liquat Bagh

ISLAMABAD: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) continued the hearing of Banazir Murder case and questioned the unexpected and sudden disappearance of Rehman Malik and Babar Awan and others leaders from the Liaquat Bagh.

ATC Judge Asghar Ali Khan asked from the FIA Special Prosecuter Khawaja Imtiaz that why Malik, Awa and others who were sitting in the next vehicle to Benazir rushed to the Zardari house as her vehicle was not left the venue.

FIA prosecutor told ATC court only two of more than two dozen passengers in Benazir backup car have recorded their statements. He informed that JIT conducted investigations when PPP was in rule but they did not list the passengers of the backup vehicles.
