QUETTA: The Balochistan High Court (BHC) on Monday declared the appointment of all special assistants to Chief Minister Jam Kamal as illegal.
A division bench comprising Chief Justice Jamal Mandokhel and Justice Abdullah Baloch announced the verdict on an application filed by Ali Ahmed Kakar advocate.
The court also ordered to get back the salaries received by the special assistants.
