KARACHI: Chairman Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP), Bilawal Bhutto Zardari will address a public gathering on Sunday (today) at the MQM stronghold Liaquatabads colony of Karachi.
According to PPP sources, the rally will be held at Liaquatabad’s Tanki ground and a 120 by 40 feet stage has been set up along with 30,000 chairs for party workers and supporters.
Yesterday, PPP Vice-President, Senator Sherry Rehman visited the Tanki ground and inspected the arrangements yesterday and while talking to media, she said the PPP will not allow to disturb the peace of Karachi and will pave way for the development of the city.
The security arrangements were chalk out for the gathering and more than 2100 police personnel will perform the security during the rally.
