Blinken, Omani FM look into ‘security cooperation’

WASHINGTON: Secretary of State Antony J. Blinken had a conversation with Omani Foreign Minister Sayyid Badr al-Busaidi on Wednesday.

During the talks, the dignitaries discussed security cooperation and reaffirmed the importance of Oman’s trade and investment relationship with the United States, the press statement mentions.

Regarding the regional peace, the Secretary expressed his appreciation for Oman’s mediating role in advancing regional peace and stability, State Department said.
