Bringing tourism back on track: CM

PESHAWAR: Chief Minister Khyber Pakthunkhwa, Mahmood Khan on Friday said the dreams of Prime Minister Imran Khan have been fulfilled after Khyber Pakthunkhwa has received massive influx of tourists during Eidul Fitr  holidays.

“Bringing tourism back on track in the war-affected province is a big achievement of the PTI government,” he said.

Chief Minister Mahmood Khan said restoration and rehabilitation of roads in tourists’ destinations and resorts was top most priority of his government and directed the administration in all tourists’ districts to provide best facilities to foreign and domestic tourists.

The Chief Minister said restoration of tourism will help generate employment opportunities and alleviate poverty besides improving the country’s economy.
