Car bombing killed nine, injured 25 in Baghdad

BAGHDAD: As many as nine persons were killed and 25 others were injured when car bomb blasted in a busy market of eastern Baghdad on Monday.

A cloud of black smoke was billowing from the area and people were running in fear to save their lives. All materials were shattered at sit after the blasts.

No groups claimed the responsibility of the deadly attacks so far, however the deadly attack was hallmark of the militant Islamic (IS) group, who often claims responsibility of such brutal attacks targeting Shia civilians in Baghdad.

The attack was happened as the Iraqi forces are in final round of recapturing province of Tal Afar from the militants group IS which is about 150 kilometers away from the Syrian border.
