MUMBAI: Bollywood actor, Ranveer Singh is all set to play a lead role in Kabir Khan’s next movie ‘83’.
The film is based on the life of cricketing legend Kapil Dev and story of winning the cricket World Cup 83.
Ranveer Singh who is waiting for the release of Padmavati, and is now busy in preparation of Gully Boy with Alia Bhatt and after the completion of this project, he will start working on the Kapil Dev biopic.
While talking to media persons, Ranveer Singh said that he is excited to play Kapil Dev as he is the legend and he leads the cricket team who brings the first cricket world cup to India.
He added that when Kabir Khan came to me with the idea, I reply in yes to portray the legend in the movie as it will be the honor to present him on the screen.
MUMBAI: Kareena Kapoor Khan has said that she would like to share screen with his cousin Ranbir Kapoor.
Kareena is also known to be very close to Ranbir Kapoor and said that she is very protective about as a sister.
Fans are waiting from long time to see them in one movie and now, Kareena finally gave some hint that it could happen in the future.
Regarding the success of Ranbir, she that the Kapoor family is proud on him and adding that she will love to share screen with her cousin Ranbir Kapoor. She added that she would like to do a brother-sister story with Ranbir at some point in life.

While talking to media persons at Mumbai on Sunday, Shah Rukh Khan said that the reason behind this is that the people likes us in pair as we worked in the blockbusters hit among fans (Om Shanti Om, Chennai Express and Happy New Year and also Priyanka is busy in her Hollywood TV series Quantico.

‘Tera Intezar’ was due to release on December 8 but after the Rajput community protest against the Padmavati movie which was all set to be release on December and its release was delayed due to the protest now the Sunny Leone movie will be release on December 1.
NEW DELHI: Indian Left arm fast bowler, Zaheer Khan has tied the knot with his friend and actress Sagarika Ghatgae in New Delhi on Thursday.
Indian Media reported that Zaheer and Sagarika got married in court on Thursday and grand marriage reception ceremony will be held in Mumbai’s Taj Mahal Palace and Tower on November 27.
Several Bollywood and cricket stars are expected to attend the reception in Mumbai.
Zaheer and Sagarika posted pictures on the social media after registering their marriage in court and the couple looked happy.

LAHORE: Pakistani Actress, Mahira Khan has said that she would love to work in an Iranian film.
Mahira said this while talking to media at the Faiz International Festival on Tuesday at Lahore. Mahira Khan performed powerful roles both in Pakistani and Indian films now she unveiled her wish of work in Iranian film.
She appreciated the work of Iranian cinema and adding that it would be difficult to work in the foreign film off course because of language barriers but it is the sort of challenges that I am looking for in movies.
MUMBAI: A senior leader of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Suraj Pal Amu has announced Rs100 million prize for the heads of director of Padmavati, Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Deepika Padukone, who played the role of Padmavati in the film.
He also threatened Ranveer Singh who plays the role of Allauddin Khilji in the movie and adding that he will break his legs for working in the movie. The extremist Hindu of BJP praised those announcing head money.
Many Rajput groups have raised questions over the Padmavati and alleged that film has objectionable scenes of Queen Padmavati and Emperor Alauddin Khilji and has tampered with historical facts.
The film has been making headlines months before its release in December, which was recently postponed due to the incessant controversy.
Many Indian celebrities and actors have come out in support of the film, including Salman Khan and Shabana Azmi.
