ISLAMABAD: Former Information Minister, Pervez Rashid criticized the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) senior leader, Chaudhry Nisar and called him a hypocrite.
This he said while talking to media persons outside the accountability court in Islamabad on Tuesday. He added that he Nisar will face a huge defeat if he contests the election without the symbol of the lion.
Rasheed added that Chaudhry Nisar has cross all the limit of hypocrisy and issueing irrelevant and unnecessary statements in the media which shows the ill mentality of the former interior minister.
The heated debate was started between the PML-N leaders after Rashid during an interview with a private news channel accused Nisar of supporting elements that wanted him ousted in Dawn Leaks case. Rasheed added that Dawn Leaks will expose the former interior minister.
However, He denied that he was used as a scapegoat, in response to a question about his ouster from office.
He urged PML-N to decide Nisar’s fate as soon as possible, adding that his vote is in favor of the former interior minister’s ousting from the party.
